NYN ESTI presents a dual dining narrative: the “Biotope,” our current offering, and the “Chronology,” an experience to be unveiled. The “Biotope” menu is a tribute to the Greek land’s present, showcasing its flora and fauna with a choice of vegetarian, terrestrial, and marine protein journeys.
